Ashmere, Ebbsfleet

Currently on phase 1 of 280 units at Ashmere village in Ebbsfleet, Kent Countryside and Clarion have formed a large partnership to provide up to 2,600 homes – a quarter of which will be affordable housing – in the new village of Ashmere, part of Ebbsfleet Garden City in North Kent.

The £900 million development, which is expected to be finished by 2033, is one of Britain’s biggest residential housing schemes.
